This Monday, 26,365 Covid-19 patients were hospitalized throughout France, a figure that has been on the rise for two days.

Among them, 3,198 patients are treated in intensive care units, a figure that is still down slightly.

366 people have died in hospital in the past 24 hours, bringing the country's total deaths to 55,521 since the start of the epidemic.

3,411 new cases were detected in 24 hours, a figure to be tempered because still historically low on Mondays due to the closure of laboratories on Sundays.

Over the past seven days, the average is over 10,500 new cases per day.

On November 24, Emmanuel Macron had set this cap of 5,000 contaminations per day and 2,500 to 3,000 people in intensive care to enter a second phase of easing health restrictions.
