On the other hand, Hajar works with her three sisters to run an innovative business project entitled "Complex", the main idea of ​​which is to reach young people and meet their requests in the field of printing the designs they tend to like, and the drawings of their favorite iconic characters, explaining: «We work through this The family project is to provide innovative products based on drawings and designs executed on demand, and I assume the task of marketing the project, while my sister Rabab is in charge of meeting customer requests and service, and my sister Narges works on packaging new products and sending them to our customers, and we started this youth project a few months ago, and we He is very attached to his success, bringing him to the world, and turning him in the future into a famous Emirati brand.

The role of parents

Hajar Youssef pauses at the role her family played in developing their abilities and self-reliance skills, saying: “My father taught me to take responsibility from a young age, and he also sought to develop my self-reliance in all things, especially in decisions related to my human and professional life, in addition to his eagerness to discuss with me. And my sisters, and always making the space for us to express ourselves and present our opinions with ease, just as the father taught us from an early age to define our aspirations and adhere to our dreams and work to achieve them, and this I think is the secret behind building my personality and my positive interaction with my community. ”
