On Friday, December 4, the next stage of the show "The Voice" began - knockouts.

Within its framework, three participants from each team perform separate compositions, and the mentors must choose only one of them, which will continue to participate in the competition.

At the same time, each of the jury members can "save" the performer from another team by inviting him to his team.

The stage was opened by Polina Gagarina's charges: Kristina Korolkova, Kirill Suslov and Alexandra Mostovyak.

“The holiday is beginning,” said the mentor.

In her performance, Korolkova combined the songs "I Can't Dance" by the Soviet performer Tynis Mägi and I Can't Dance by the Genesis group.

Kirill Suslov got the ironic composition "I love pasta" - the Russian version of the song Viva la pappa col pomodoro, which sounded in the Italian TV series "Diary of Gian Burraska".

And Aleksandra Mostovyak performed the 1970s hit Dancing Queen of the Swedish group ABBA.

“The apotheosis of funny absurdity and some kind of dreary doom.

You don't understand why these people are together and what they want to tell us ... I am still under a strong impression.

God forbid I won't shoot myself today, ”summed up his impressions of the numbers Sergei Shnurov.

Valery Syutkin, on the other hand, approved Suslov's number.

“I believe.

I believe that you love pasta ”, - the mentor pronounced the verdict.

“This is a dietary three.

Look, dance first, everything is fine.

Then they ate tightly, pasta - and again the dance, ”Basta noted.

Polina Gagarina was pleased with both the numbers of her competitors and the reaction of her colleagues.

She left Kirill Suslov in the project.

Suren Platonov, Mikhail Zhigalev and Dmitry Vengerov came together from Valery Syutkin's team in the musical ring.

“I tried to leave the guys with a pronounced individuality,” Valery Syutkin told about his strategy.

Mikhail Zhigalev performed the song "Do not renounce, loving", known by Alla Pugacheva.

For Dmitry Vengerov, the mentor chose the hit of the Bi-2 collective “Nobody writes to the Colonel”.

Suren Platonov got the composition "Night Caprice" by the group "Moral Code".

“As always, neatly, rather academic, everything is verified, consistent.

Everything is in style and in the spirit of the mentor, ”commented the performance of the Bast troika.

Polina Gagarina did not approve of Zhigalev's number.

“I didn't have enough truth in my legs,” said the singer.

According to Shnurov, the mentor's “smell” hovered over the numbers.

“It reminded me of Song-82.

Until Mitya came out and I was transferred to "Song-98", - said Shnurov.

Suren Platonov made it to the semifinals as part of Syutkin's team, and Dmitry Vengerov took Shnurov into his team.

“I hope that Valery still bites his elbow in my honor,” the participant admitted.

At the knockout stage, Shnurov decided to divide the team into threes according to gender: Nadezhda Samkova, Maria Rusakova and Leila Muradova performed in the reporting issue.

Samkova performed a lyrical version of Zemfira's popular song "To Live in Your Head".

Leila Muradova performed the 1990s hit Un-Break My Heart, which brought worldwide fame to singer Toni Braxton.

Rusakova got the hit "Help Me", which was first performed in the Soviet comedy "The Diamond Hand".

"I would not lose Hope ... and I would let her live in your head further," Valery Syutkin advised Shnurov.

“The girls are beautiful, the mentor is terrible.

Everything came together, ”said Polina Gagarina.

Sergey Shnurov left Maria Rusakova in the show (it is interesting that Baste's performance reminded of the traditional format of Leningrad).

And for Nadezhda Samkova, there was a place in Gagarina's team.

Basta united Alexandra Budnikova, Marina Strokachenko and Elizaveta Puris in his top three.

Strokachenko presented a song from the film "A Star is Born" I'll Never Love Again, which was performed by Lady Gaga in the film.

Budnikova's mentor suggested a fragment from the rock opera by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice "Jesus Christ is a Superstar" Everything's Alright, and Elizaveta Puris performed with Maxim Fadeev's composition "Dancing on Glasses".

"Each had its own tenderness," - Valery Syutkin assessed the top three.

According to the ironic remark of Sergei Shnurov, he was especially impressed that Elizaveta Puris learned the “voluminous text” in a short time.

“When everyone is so talented, bright, I want to leave myself,” admitted Dmitry Nagiyev.

Basta chose Elizaveta Puris and urged his colleagues to take his charges into their teams, but Valery Syutkin did not express such a desire.

Since Polina Gagarina and Sergey Shnurov have already acquired new members, they will no longer be able to save the rest of the vocalists from dropping out.

In the next edition, the second triples will be held and the names of all the semi-finalists will be known.
