The large-scale butterfly light and shadow art installation "Butterflies of Hope" created by Hong Kong artist Huang Hongda recently appeared on Lee Tung Street, Wan Chai.
This is the world's first large-scale AI (artificial intelligence) butterfly light and shadow art installation.
The 7-meter-high church glass butterfly and 350 colorful glass butterflies "fly" over Lidong Street. Each butterfly is equipped with an independent LED light and connected to the central control system. The AI system will respond to time, weather, temperature, and humidity. And change, resulting in countless light and shadow effects.
After nightfall, with the background music, hundreds of butterflies change light and shadow with the music, which makes people forget to return.
