Capture of the parody show "L'Heure des predictions" -

Capture

A dismissal that goes very badly.

Nearly 150 journalists and Canal + employees denounced, in a press release published on Friday, the eviction of their colleague Sébastien Thoen.

He was fired by the encrypted channel after a sketch that parodied the show

L'heure des pros

presented by Pascal Praud on CNews.

"We, employees of the Canal + sports department, and / or journalists from the Canal + group's editorial staff, are outraged against this eviction," write the signatories, who invoke "freedom of expression, caricature and parody".

"We claim the right to exercise our jobs without fear of being dismissed, dismissed, worried if what we say, write, displeases our management," they add.
