On December 3, 2020, in accordance with the execution order issued by the Supreme People's Court, Shanghai No. 1 Intermediate Court has executed the death penalty on the intentional murderer Huang Yichuan in accordance with the law.
On June 28, 2018, Huang Yichuan, in order to vent his personal anger and plan to retaliate against the society, after repeatedly stepping on points and waiting to follow him, he openly hacked and killed innocent students and parents near Shanghai Pubei Road Shiwai Primary School, causing the death of two children and minor injuries.
Before the execution of the death penalty, the Shanghai No. 1 Intermediate Court arranged for the criminal Huang Yichuan to meet with his close relatives in accordance with the law, which fully protected the lawful rights and interests of the criminals being executed.
The procuratorial organ sent personnel to perform on-site supervision.
