Up to now, the special operation has approved the settlement of more than 17,000 people nationwide, of which nearly 10,000 have been registered.

  At present, China has 2,126 county-level civil affairs departments or rescue management agencies that have established returnee accounts, and 2006 county-level civil affairs departments or rescue management agencies have established information databases for vagrant and lost persons, helping 2,568 people with vagrant and begging experience.
