13 people trapped underground in a flooding accident in Leiyang Coal Mine, Hunan
Yesterday (29th) around 11:30 noon, a flooding accident occurred in Yuanjiangshan Coal Mine in Leiyang City, Hengyang City, Hunan Province.
The reporter learned from the on-site rescue headquarters that a total of 15 workers went down to work, and 2 of them managed to escape. At present, 13 people are still trapped underground.
After the accident, various measures were taken in the local area for drainage and personnel search and rescue. At present, rescue is still in progress.
