On the morning of November 27th, the first "Sangri Chef King" Cooking Skills Competition was held in Sangri County, Shannan City, Tibet.

The 30 participating farmers and herdsmen completed a hot dish within 20 minutes according to the competition system, which was scored by the professional judges and the public jury.

They demonstrated their superb cooking skills at the scene. The actions of raising and lowering the knife were consistent and neat. Spicy beef head, double pepper lamb chops, Tibetan desserts, snow-covered alpaca... the delicious dishes attracted the crowd.

It is understood that since 2016, Sangri County has carried out a number of skills training for the transfer of farmers and herdsmen. This cooking competition is also a test of the skills training of local farmers and herdsmen.
