[Explanation] Huang Zhifeng, the former Secretary General of "Hong Kong All Wills", Chairman Lin Langyan, and member Zhou Ting were involved in the encirclement of the police headquarters last year. They were tried in Hong Kong West Kowloon Court on November 23.

The three defendants pleaded guilty to multiple charges. The court announced that the three must be remanded immediately and sentenced to December 2nd.

  [Explanation] Huang Zhifeng, Lin Langyan and Zhou Ting were jointly charged with a crime of "inciting others to knowingly participate in an unauthorized assembly", which accused them of illegally inciting people at the scene to participate in an unauthorized assembly on June 21 last year on Harcourt Road in Admiralty.

Zhou Ting had pleaded guilty earlier, and Huang Zhifeng and Lin Langyan denied the charges. Their case opened on November 23. The two changed their intentions and pleaded guilty in court.

  [Explanation] Huang Zhifeng also pleaded guilty to "organizing an unauthorized assembly", accusing him of organizing an unauthorized assembly outside the main entrance of the Wan Chai Police Headquarters on the same day.

In addition, Huang Zhifeng and Zhou Ting were both charged with one crime of "participating in an unauthorized assembly". Zhou Ting pleaded guilty earlier, and Huang Zhifeng was prosecuted by the prosecutor without evidence.

  [Explanation] The prosecution played multiple clips of Huang Zhifeng and others calling for demonstrators to block Harcourt Road and surround the police headquarters.

The court also heard the defense's plea, announcing that the three defendants must be remanded immediately and the case was postponed until the sentence on December 2.
