Pilot screening operations in secondary schools in Ile-de-France begin this Monday.

These antigenic tests will be carried out in around thirty high schools in Paris and Ile-de-France over several weeks.

This large-scale antigenic testing operation is the result of a collaboration between the Ile-de-France regional health agency and the academies of Paris, Créteil and Versailles with "the medical and operational support of the PA teams. -HP ”, indicates a joint statement to the ARS, the academic region Ile-de-France and the AP-HP.

These screening operations "will make it possible in these establishments to quickly identify people carrying the virus and to break the chains of contamination", and they are "intended for staff and student volunteers".

"The antigenic tests make it possible to have a result within 15 to 30 minutes", recall the three entities carrying the operation.
