On November 21st, a shopping mall in Zhoukou, Henan Province held an anniversary celebration. A large number of balloons "poured" down from the roof of the building. Some balloons floated to the motor lane on the opposite road. Drivers passing by were slowing down.
The merchant said it was a "cash balloon rain" event held by it, which attracted a large number of citizens to watch.
