Heavy snowstorms will occur in some areas. Among them, heavy snowstorms will occur in the eastern part of Heilongjiang (30~ 32 mm).

Heavy snowfall in parts of Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia and other places

  Yesterday, heavy snowstorms occurred in southeastern Heilongjiang, northwestern Jilin, central and southeastern Inner Mongolia, and local heavy snowstorms in Mudanjiang, Inner Mongolia, Tongliao and Chifeng (with snowfall of 20 to 37 mm); central Jilin, central and western Liaoning, and Hebei In the north and other places, sleet or rain turns to snow, with precipitation of 25-50 mm; heavy rain and local heavy rain (50-85 mm) occur in southeastern Jilin and parts of eastern Liaoning.

  Compared with 5 o’clock yesterday, central Inner Mongolia, central-southern Liaoning, northern Shanxi, northern Hebei, central-eastern Shandong, central-northern Jiangsu, central-northern Anhui, eastern Hubei and other places experienced a 6-10°C drop in temperature. Northeastern Hebei and southern Liaoning The local temperature drops by 11-12℃, and some of the above-mentioned areas are accompanied by strong winds of 4-6.

Heavy snow in Heilongjiang and Jilin continue to drop in central and eastern regions

  On the 19th, the large-scale rain and snow cooling process continued to affect the central and eastern regions.

It is expected that from 08:00 on November 19th to 08:00 on November 20th, there will be heavy snowstorms in central and eastern Heilongjiang, western and northern Jilin, and northern Liaoning. Heavy snowstorms will occur in some areas. Among them, heavy snowstorms will occur in the eastern part of Heilongjiang (30~ 32 mm).

The newly added snow depth in the above areas is 5-15 cm, and the local depth is more than 20 cm (see Figure 1).

The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blizzard orange warning at 06:00 on November 19.

  It is expected that from 08:00 on November 19 to 20:00 on November 20, affected by moderate cold air, there will be 4 ~ in eastern Xinjiang, Hexi of Gansu, most of Northeast China, eastern North China, eastern Huanghuai, and central southern Jiangnan. The temperature drops by 8°C, among which the local temperature drop in eastern Jilin can reach over 12°C.

The above areas are accompanied by northerly winds of magnitude 5 to 7 and gusts of magnitude 8 to 9 (see Figure 2).

The Bohai Sea, the Bohai Strait, and the northern and eastern waters of the Yellow Sea will have strong winds of magnitude 8, and gusts of magnitude 9. Among them, the northern seas of the Bohai Sea, the northern and central and eastern parts of the Yellow Sea will have winds of magnitude 9, and gusts of magnitude 10.

The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a gale cooling forecast and a yellow marine gale warning at 06:00 on November 19.

  In addition, from the 20th to the 22nd, a new round of precipitation and cooling process will once again affect the central and eastern regions.

There were moderate to heavy rains in parts of Jianghuai, Jianghan, and northern Jiangnan; light to moderate snow or sleet in the central and eastern parts of Northwest China, northern North China, and northeastern regions, and heavy snow or blizzards locally.

The temperature in the south of the Yangtze River and most areas north of the Yangtze River dropped by 4 to 6°C. The temperature drop in the northeastern part of Northwest China and the western part of North China was 8 to 10°C, and the local temperature could reach 10°C or more; the above areas were accompanied by winds of 4 to 6. Gusts of 7 to 8 levels.

Specific forecast for the next three days

  From 08:00 on November 19 to 08:00 on the 20th, there was moderate to heavy snow or sleet in southeastern Inner Mongolia, northern Liaoning, most of Jilin, and central and eastern Heilongjiang. Among them, some areas in southeastern Heilongjiang and central Jilin There are blizzards or heavy blizzards, local blizzards (30-35 mm).

There were light to moderate rains in southern Jianghuai, Jiangnan, and northern South China.

Most of Inner Mongolia, Northeast China, Shandong Peninsula and other places have 5-7 winds (see Figure 3).

  From 08:00 on November 20 to 08:00 on the 21st, there were light to moderate snow or sleet in parts of the mountainous areas in the western part of Xinjiang, the eastern part of the northeast, the central and northeastern parts of the northwestern region, the western and northern parts of North China, among them, Inner Mongolia There is heavy snow (5-9 mm) in central and other places.

There were moderate to heavy rains in western Jianghuai, eastern Jianghan, northwestern Jiangnan, southeast Chongqing, and Taiwan Island. Among them, there was heavy rain in the northeastern part of Taiwan Island.

There are 4-6 winds in parts of eastern Xinjiang, western Inner Mongolia, eastern Northeast China, central and eastern Northwest China, Shandong Peninsula and other places. Among them, there are winds of 6-7 and 8 gusts along the Tianshan Mountains in Xinjiang (see Figure 4).

  From 08:00 on November 21st to 08:00 on 22nd, there were light to moderate snow or sleet in parts of the western mountainous areas of southern Xinjiang, southeastern Heilongjiang, most of Jilin, western Liaoning, central and eastern parts of Northwest China, and northern North China. There was heavy snow on the ground.

There were moderate to heavy rains in parts of southern Huanghuai, most of Jianghuai, northern Hunan, central and southern Jiangxi, and Taiwan Island. Among them, there was heavy rain in the eastern part of Taiwan Island.

There are 5-6 winds in parts of Xinjiang along the Tianshan Mountains, western Inner Mongolia, southern Qinghai, and Liaodong Peninsula (see Figure 5).

Influence and concern
