, after three draws.

But this success does a lot of good to very disappointing Leopards on November 14 in Kinshasa, during the first act against Angola (0-0).

Neeskens Kebano unblocks the situation

This November 17 in Luanda, Christian Nsengi's proteges made a good start to the match.

They are much more comfortable and aggressive offensively than at the Stade des martyrs.

Yannick Bolasie, Gaël Kakuta and Cédric Bakambu, on the bench in the first leg, are holders this time.

During the first half hour, the Angolans are struggling to get out of their camp.

Yet it is the Palancas negras who get the most frank opportunity of this first period when a shot, crossed by the striker Gelson Dala forces the goalkeeper Joël Kiassumbua to work (31st).

Shortly after the break, it is the center forward Fabio Abreu who crosses too much a recovery of half-volley (49th).

Christian Nsengi made some adjustments in the second half.

He notably brings in Neeskens Kebano.

Coaching winner: after having erased two opponents, the small attacking midfielder releases a strike as vicious as it is precise.

It ends its race in the Angolan cage (0-1, 63rd).

Threatening Angolans

Not defeated by this opening of the score, the Angolans setting out again to the assault.

And, in the 82nd minute, Gelson Dala rolls up a free kick.

The ball hits the left corner of the goal.

The Congolese were hot but left with the 3 points.

They remain 3rd in the group D standings, but with 6 points.

Either to a length of Gabon (7 points) and Gambia (7) which they will face in March 2021 during the 5th and 6th days of qualifying for CAN 2021.
