From the 17th to the 19th, there will be a large-scale precipitation and cooling process in the central and eastern regions; heavy rain will occur in parts of southern Shaanxi, northern Sichuan Basin, Jianghan, Huanghuai, Jianghuai, northern Jiangnan, southern North China, and central and southern Northeast China. Or torrential rain, there is a heavy rainstorm locally in southeastern Liaoning.

Snowfall in northern Xinjiang, heavy fog in Hebei, Shandong, Henan, Jiangsu and other places

　　Yesterday, 1 to 5 millimeters of snow or sleet occurred in Altay, Tacheng, and Yili River Valley in Xinjiang; heavy to heavy rain occurred in central and southern Hainan Island, and local heavy rains (100 to 145 millimeters) in Chengmai and Qionghai.

This morning, heavy fog appeared in parts of eastern Hebei, northern and southeastern Shandong, central Henan, northern central Jiangsu, northern Zhejiang, and central Guangdong. Local visibility was less than 200 meters.

Haze weather in Huanghuai, North China

　　During the day from the 16th to the 17th, light to moderate haze occurred in most of North China, the central and western parts of Huanghuai and the Fenwei Plain, and the local areas along the mountains in southwestern Hebei had heavy haze.

　　From the morning to the morning of the 16th, there was heavy fog in parts of southeastern Hebei, northern and southeastern Shandong, southeastern Henan, north-central Jiangsu, northern Zhejiang, and Liaodong Peninsula. There was a strong dense fog with visibility less than 200 meters locally. .

There were light to moderate rains in parts of eastern Northwest China, western North China, western Huanghuai, western Jianghuai, Jianghan, eastern and southern Southwest China, central and western Jiangnan, western South China, and Taiwan Island. Among them, the northeastern coast of Taiwan Island Local heavy rain (25-40 mm).

There are 4 to 6 winds in parts of central and western Inner Mongolia, central Shaanxi, Liaodong Peninsula, Shandong Peninsula, and central Tibet (see Figure 1).

　　From 08:00 on November 17 to 08:00 on the 18th, there were light to moderate snow or sleet in parts of eastern and western Inner Mongolia, northern Northeast China, northern Xinjiang, eastern Tibet, and central northwestern China. Among them, eastern Inner Mongolia , Southeastern Heilongjiang, eastern Tibet and other places heavy snow (5-9 mm).

There were moderate to heavy rains in parts of the eastern part of Northwest China, most of North China, Huanghuai, eastern Jianghan, and northeastern parts of Southwest China. Among them, there were local heavy rains in central and southern Shandong, central and eastern Henan, and northeastern Sichuan Basin ( 50～70 mm).

There are winds of magnitude 5 to 6 in western Inner Mongolia, central and eastern northwestern regions, and southwestern northeastern regions (see Figure 2).

Visibility is poor in the Bohai Sea, the northern and western parts of the Yellow Sea.

Among them, central and eastern Inner Mongolia , Southern Heilongjiang, northern and western Jilin, western Liaoning, northern China and other places have heavy snowstorms and local heavy snowstorms (10-19 mm).

There were moderate to heavy rains in parts of the central and southern parts of Northeast China, most of North China, most of Huanghuai, southern and eastern Jianghan, southwestern Jianghuai, northern Hunan and other places. Among them, there were local heavy rains or heavy rains in northern central and eastern Liaoning. (100～120mm).

There are winds of magnitude 5 to 6 in the middle-eastern part of Inner Mongolia, the middle-north part of North China, and most of the northeastern region (see Figure 3).

Most of the Bohai Sea and the Yellow Sea have winds of magnitude 7-8 and gusts of magnitude 9.

Visibility is poor in the Bohai Sea, the northern and central parts of the Yellow Sea, the Taiwan Strait, the Qiongzhou Strait, and the northwestern part of the South China Sea.
