The above behavior constitutes the provision of Internet cultural products containing content that promotes obscenity and endangers social morality, and violates the "Interim Provisions on Internet Culture Management" and other regulations.
Accordingly, Shenzhen Nanshan District Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau confiscated the illegal income of the product operating company, imposed a top fine on the administrative penalties, and ordered immediate correction of relevant illegal activities.
