[Explanation] It has been a century since the establishment of the Hong Kong Chaozhou Chamber of Commerce.
On November 12, the Chamber of Commerce held a press conference to announce the details of a series of centennial celebrations, hoping to unite all walks of life through diversified activities, enhance the positive energy of society, and support Hong Kong's epidemic prevention and economic recovery.

For one hundred years, the Association has always adhered to the purpose of promoting (Hong Kong) industry and commerce, promoting culture, serving the society, promoting education and talents, and helping the poor.
We have organized a series of celebration activities with the theme of gratitude, inheritance, unity and dedication. Under the current (epidemic), (Hong Kong) economic downturn, we hope to organize a series of activities to link the power of the trendy businessmen in Hong Kong and promote Social unity, together with people from all walks of life in Hong Kong, cheer for the prevention and control of the epidemic and the restoration of the economy.
[Explanation] Centennial celebration activities mainly include four major categories: supporting public welfare and charity, caring for the disadvantaged, and giving back to the society; holding a number of business activities to support Hong Kong’s economic recovery; gathering forces from all parties and actively participating in the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Support young people's innovation and entrepreneurship; strengthen cultural, economic and trade exchanges with related organizations in their hometowns and at home and abroad.
