Angel Gurria, Secretary General of the OECD, talks about the worst economic crisis the organization has ever known.
He urgently calls on the richest countries to finance the recovery of the poorest, made even more vulnerable by the Covid-19.
By the end of his term in June 2021, he hopes for a return to multilateralism undermined by the Trump administration.
