With "The Netflix Afterparty", the streaming platform wants to extend your viewing time with a Sunday show that will promote the series and films that it produces or that it puts online.

This American-style "late show" will be launched in 2021, without a specific date for the moment.

Who better than yourself to advertise yourself?

This could be one of the credos of Netflix, which is planning a show on the platform next year, to talk about ... its platform.

The program will be called

The Netflix Afterparty

and will feature films and series available on Netflix.

Subscribers to the service will discover

The Netflix Afterparty

in 2021. The program will take the form of an American-style "late show", with a simple principle: each week, a Netflix program will be honored through interviews, quizzes, sketches and games around the chosen film or series.

The stars of the program in the spotlight will be received by a trio of comedians, actors and hosts, including actor David Spade.

Netflix has already ordered 18 episodes of this talk show.

They will be posted every Sunday evening.
