Concealing married identity and hitting up with unmarried female white-collar workers
Xu Kai, in his early 30s, studied at his hometown in Suqian, Jiangsu Province until he graduated from junior high school. He went to society early, got married in his hometown and had a pair of children.
After marriage, his wife lives in his hometown with two children, and Xu Kai works alone in Suzhou.
The day before the 2018 Ching Ming Festival holiday, Xu Kai and his younger brother drove back to their hometown together, and took two people on their ride.
Xu Kai and one of the girls, Wen Qiu, talked happily on the road and added WeChat to each other. During the few days of vacation in their hometown, the two had been chatting.
During the chat, Xu Kai claimed to be single, graduated from a prestigious university in Shanghai, and worked in the financial department of a company.
After the holiday, the two met again to return to Suzhou.

At the same time, she also expressed her wish to marry Xu Kai, hoping to arrange a meeting with her parents as soon as possible.
In order to stabilize Wen Qiu and continue to swindle her money, Xu Kai agreed to Wen Qiu's request to see her parents.

One day, the "fake mother" told Wen Qiu anxiously that Xu Kai's grandfather was sick and could not contact others, and hoped that he would go home quickly.
Wen Qiu quickly conveyed the words of the "fake mother" to Xu Kai.
Xu Kai said that grandpa has passed away, and he hopes to borrow some money and go to his hometown to take care of grandpa's funeral.
Wen Qiu borrowed 20,000 yuan from a friend to Xu Kai.
After that, Xu Kai went to his hometown to meet Wen Qiu's mother and fake mother. The two parties formally decided on the marriage, and Wen Qiu also trusted her boyfriend more.
In October of the same year, Xu Kai and Wen Qiu said that the house he bought before was going to be renovated, and he had to pay a renovation deposit to the property, plus the renovation of the house’s floor tiles, which would cost a total of more than 40,000 yuan.

The two of them also established a relationship, and Xu Kai also began to ask his new girlfriend Zhou Tong to borrow money.
In the same month, Wen Qiu invited his friend Peng Ling to eat at home. Peng Ling talked about raising leeches, which aroused Xu Kai's interest.
After that, Xu Kai went to Peng Ling's beauty salon to do several weight loss projects, but did not pay.
When Peng Ling talked about the need to pay for the project, Xu Kai and the other party introduced that she was doing financial projects and could help her increase the credit card limit. Peng Ling gave Xu Kai the account number and password of her bank card.
In the process of interacting with Xu Kai, Zhou Tong heard Xu Kai say that she was in business at home and the watches she wore were hundreds of thousands of yuan, but she found that Xu Kai didn't have to go to work.
In addition, Xu Kai always had a person called "General Wen" on Xu Kai's phone, and Xu Kai always went to a place where there was no one to answer.

Wen Qiu was discouraged. She called to remind Peng Ling that Xu Kai might be a liar. Peng Ling immediately searched for the two credit cards she had given Xu Kai to ask him to raise the amount for herself, and found that Xu Kai had used all the credits.
Peng Ling reported the loss of the credit card to the police.
The police arrested Xu Kai on August 21 of the same year after filing an investigation.
The prosecutor determined that Xu Kai used deception methods to falsify buying a house, opening a store, and his grandfather’s death for the purpose of illegal possession. He defrauded Wenqiu to obtain a total of more than 320,000 yuan, which is a relatively large amount. He should be investigated for criminal responsibility for fraud. Prosecution was filed in the court on December 31, 2019.
After combing through a number of similar cases, the prosecutors discovered that the scammer’s usual routine is to package himself as a single and aspiring young man who loves to be single, but the essence is to spread the net and cheat money.
Either money is needed to buy a house, or money is urgently needed when sick, and the word "money" is always inevitable. When cheating money, they will try to gain the trust of the other party and make false promises.
The prosecutor reminded: try to verify the identity of the other party in your contacts, and beware of stepping into the trap carefully designed by criminals, and you will lose money.
