According to monitoring, the tropical depression in the South China Sea has strengthened to the No. 21 typhoon "Aitao" (tropical storm level) this year at 2 o'clock on the 9th. At 6 o'clock, its center is located at 12.7 degrees north latitude and 114.0 degrees east longitude, which is three miles from Hainan Province. Shashi (Xishan Yongxing Island) is about 495 kilometers east of the south of the South China Sea. The maximum wind force near the center is 8 (18 m/s), and the radius of the 7 wind circle is 180-300 kilometers.
