As for Armenia, it must understand that this war has turned its pages, and all it has to do is surrender and accept the facts on the ground, stressing that there is no way for it to win this war, according to his statements to the "Beyond the News" program (9/11/2020).

The Azerbaijani forces had regained more villages in the Karabakh region after regaining the strategic city of Shushi, and a spokesman for the head of the unrecognized Qarabag region acknowledged that Shushi was no longer under the control of the Armenian forces, while the battles continued in several areas in the region.

On the other hand, the editor-in-chief of the Arab section of the official Armenian News Agency, Yerevan Dikran Kaboyan, said that there is a battle in Shushi, and the matter has not yet been resolved. Therefore, the talk about the end of the war and surrender is inaccurate, considering that Azerbaijan uses mercenaries to continue the war crime, as he described it, and violates International law and humanitarian norms by bombing civilians with cluster bombs.

But Abdul Latif considered that Azerbaijan is working to liberate its lands, and therefore Armenia should focus its sights on reconciliation and building a prosperous future instead of continuing to direct attention to the lands of another people and deny the liberation of Shushi.

As for Kaboyan, he said that there are no reliable reports proving that Shushi is under the control of Azerbaijan, and therefore it is not possible to issue a judgment on the matter except after a final declaration of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense, as well as the Armenian Ministry.

Regarding Shoshi's weight in the Karabakh crisis, the military and strategic expert, Mamoun Abu Nawar, explained that Shushi is distinguished by a strategic location, as it is the line of life in the Karabakh region, considering that the military phase is about to end, so whoever controls Shushi will control Karabakh from his point of view.

He added that Armenia does not have the military capacity to regain these lands, and therefore its continuation in the war is a loss for it, and therefore all that remains for Armenia is to negotiate and avoid the human tragedy caused by the war, expecting that there will be a settlement process between Russia and Turkey to save Armenia's face and not continue the loss. .
