The Hamdan Bin Mohammed Center for the Revival of Heritage launched, yesterday, the second edition of the book “Al-San'a”, which focuses on consolidating the authentic Emirati traditions and instilling them in successive generations.

The CEO of the center and the author of the book, Abdullah Hamdan bin Dalmouk, revealed the new version of the "Sanna", in the pavilion of the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Center for the Revival of Heritage, at the Sharjah International Book Fair, which is organizing its 39th session at the Expo Center Sharjah, until November 14.

Bin Dalmouk signed the book to the visitors of the exhibition, who were keen to acquire the new edition, which is distinguished by its containment of the classical language versus the Emirati dialect, in order to convey the customs and authentic "Sunna" to the largest segment of Arab readers.

He said: “Habits develop and adapt to the developments of the age, with what we are experiencing of the changes that may change some of the things we do on occasions and communicate with each other, but heritage cannot change, and it is the concept that we seek to emphasize in this version that comes for the sake of our children and generations. ». Next, to inculcate things that they must preserve, that are compatible with societal customs, enhance identity and give them a unique aspect.”

Bin Dalmouk revealed that he will launch a new book, in the next edition of the Sharjah International Book Fair, to be the conclusion of a series in his specialization in heritage, customs and traditions, after the two books “Al-San'a” and “Al-Mutawsuf”, indicating that he has been working on the new book for six years. In order to present it in the best possible way, believing in the importance of harnessing all necessary efforts in order to continue supporting and preserving the popular heritage, and strengthening the customs and traditions stemming from the rich history of our fathers and grandfathers, who left in us things that must be adhered to, and to continue their approach in future generations.
