After research and investigation by Ziliujing police, the suspects Xia, Wang, and Hu were finally identified, and the three were arrested in Weiyuan County, Neijiang City.
Another suspect, Zhou, who was suspected of concealing the proceeds of crime, was subsequently arrested, and the police successfully recovered 15 stolen mobile phones.
