For this reason, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare has decided to revise the nursing care fee once every three years, which is scheduled for April next year, with the aim of creating a system that can provide stable services even if an infectious disease is prevalent.



Currently, even if the usage time is short, it is specially allowed to apply the same amount of compensation as when using it for a long time, but it is applied because it is difficult to understand because the user's own burden will increase. The number of places is only about half.



For this reason, after revising the system, they are considering supporting management with a normal remuneration system.



On the other hand, business establishments are obliged to carry out training and training to prevent infection, and transitional measures will be set up.
