The ranking of Chinese hospital Internet influence has been released for the fifth consecutive year.
According to Zhang Chewei, director of the Institute of Population and Labor Economics of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and director of the Health Industry Development Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, in order to better study the role of the Internet in promoting medical efficiency and medical experience, it is for policy-making departments. To provide a reference for decision-making, the Health Industry Development Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences established the “Research Group on the Influence of Chinese Hospital Interconnection”, which aims to conduct big data research on the real behavior trajectories of patients on the Internet platform, and pass the list The research results are published in the form.
The Health Industry Development Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences uses 61.16 billion patient browsing trajectories on the good doctor online platform, 66.48 million patient online consultation records, 470 million doctor-patient exchanges, and 4.549 million online evaluations of patients after visiting the hospital On the basis of big data analysis, a comprehensive ranking of online and offline medical treatment options for patients in 30 specialties in 2020 is obtained.
Statistics show that in 2020, there will be a total of 133 hospitals in 17 provinces and 20 cities on the list, of which 35, 25 and 14 hospitals in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou are on the list respectively.
In terms of the number of times on the list, Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Chinese People's Liberation Army General Hospital, and West China Hospital of Sichuan University rank the top three; from the perspective of online consultation services, the Ninth People's Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine and Peking Union Medical College Hospital The Huashan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University ranks in the top three; in terms of the satisfaction of offline hospitals, the results of patients' feedback on the Haodafu platform show that Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Peking University First Hospital, and Chinese People's Liberation Army General Hospital rank in the top three.
According to Fu Hongqiao, a member of the research team and an associate researcher at the School of Public Health of Peking University, the study found that the Internet influence of hospitals is relatively high in places where high-quality medical resources are concentrated. Most of the hospitals on the list are "good hospitals" in the common sense of ordinary people. This also reflects the masses' demand for high-quality medical resources.
According to expert analysis, compared with 2019, the list has remained stable in terms of geographical distribution and hospital distribution. This reflects the long-term cycle of the medical industry. The overall strength of hospitals rarely undergoes major changes in the short term; but the top ten specialties The ranking of names changes every year, which reflects from the side that doctors’ services and reputation on third-party platforms have a greater impact on the hospital’s brand.
Therefore, some hospitals will actively encourage doctors to provide better online services for difficult and severe cases and cases in line with the hospital's development direction through third-party platforms, and provide more smooth offline hospital referral services.
"While this innovative service method improves the patient experience, it also promotes the efficiency of hospital admissions and the rationality of the patient structure." Fu Hongqiao emphasized.
