Samuel Ingham, the star's lawyer, has asked on his behalf to strip Jamie Spears of the necessary authority to be responsible for his estate.

According to legal documents obtained by

, his counsel indicated that if Jamie Spears retains his position as responsible for the guardianship of his daughter, Britney Spears will suffer "loss and damage."

Samuel Ingham also asks that Jamie Spears be replaced as soon as the new head of the legal heritage of the interpreter of
