  The center of typhoon "Aishani" at 8 o'clock on the 5th was located on the northwest Pacific ocean about 1000 kilometers southeast of Zhao'an, Fujian Province. The maximum wind force near the center was 11 (30 m/s, strong tropical storm level). The wind circle has a radius of 240 kilometers to 330 kilometers.

  According to the Fujian Provincial Meteorological Observatory, "Aishani" will move westward at a speed of 20 to 25 kilometers per hour, and its intensity will gradually increase.   In response, the Flood Control Office of Fujian Province made an emergency deployment, requiring all offshore fishing vessels located in the Taiwan Shoal Fishing Grounds to be evacuated northward and out of the waters before 11 o'clock on the 6th, and all offshore fishing vessels entering the southern Fujian fishing grounds and in the southern Fujian fishing grounds must be Before 17:00 on the 6th, all evacuated to the north and out of the above sea area or approached the nearest port for shelter from the wind, and must not enter the above sea area for production operations until the impact is lifted.
