Play sports without playing sports

For Lorie Pester, physical activity occupies a very important place in physical and moral well-being.

Which does not necessarily imply going to the room.

"You don't have to do a sport," he says.

"We can also do physical activity in other ways: walk to work, take the elevator, rather than the stairs ..."

A way to gradually bring sport into your daily life, and which can be decided even during the holidays.

"When we bathe in the summer and we can take the opportunity to do a little swimming," cites the actress as an example.

Start small and stick to it

If you prefer to choose a sport, according to the actress, you must avoid giving up at the first session.

“At the beginning, we will have difficulties. And that's normal: we work muscles that we are not used to working”.

Lorie Pester advises starting with small goals and going for it.

The singer and actress explains that she only ran 8 minutes during her first jog.

A modest time that she believes should be seen as a good start, to be repeated, before aiming for more.

Alternative methods of well-being

The actress is also aimed at those who would like to develop their well-being without going through physical activity, or with methods that are added to sport.

In particular, she recommends hugging trees.

"I like to touch the trees and hug them," she says.

"It gives off a very strong and very enriching energy".

Another technique proposed by Lorie Pester: visualization.

It would suffice to imagine yourself reaching your goal to get closer.

“You really have to believe in it, but try and you will see that it works!”, She promises.

It would even be through visualization that Lorie would have gotten her role in
