The Zalacaín restaurant, of which the closure is announced today, was not only a gastronomic emporium.
It was primarily a meeting place

A very pleasant place where 80% of the tables were business lunches. Apart from the excellent products, there was a kindness that was bordering on perfection.
One day my friend Luis García-Cereceda joined him.
He went quite often, there he would meet people.
But
there was a dinner that I will not forget
