"And suddenly a stranger gives you flowers."

This beautiful gesture is not the magical effect of a deodorant as advertised in its time.

But that of hard work since the start of the coronavirus crisis of employees of the Federal Institute of Biology (IFB) of the Toulouse University Hospital.

On Wednesday, they saw about fifty bouquets of roses blooming on the cars parked nearby as well as all around their building.

“This is the first time that we have had such a declaration of love.

We didn't notice anything at the time, it was the delivery men who told us that there were flowers everywhere.

We haven't the faintest idea who it could be, there isn't a word.

But it's heartwarming, it's remotivating to see that we are not forgotten, ”explains Maxence Ferez, health executive at the IFB.

The latter was echoed in Perpignan, the same day, flowers had also been deposited by a stranger.

For the employees of the institute, which carries out all the analyzes of the CHU but also of other hospitals, including those of PCR tests, this beautiful gesture is welcome.

Because since January, all are on the bridge, doubling their nights at the height of the crisis, yesterday as today, in order to meet demand.
