According to Wang Wulong, deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and spokesperson, from 24:00 on November 2 to 20:30 on November 3, 2 newly confirmed cases in Kashgar were confirmed, all of which were confirmed cases of asymptomatic infections. There were 116 cases of symptomatic infections, all of whom were medical observation personnel who ended quarantine, and all were associated with Zhanmin Township, Shufu County.
