While calming the man’s emotions, the rescuers moved two tree stumps and placed them next to the trapped people as support points. They laid a metal ladder beside the river. A rescuer carried a safety rope and climbed onto the ladder beside the trapped elderly. Pass the safety rope through the armpits of the trapped elderly, fix and support the trapped elderly.
Since the entire lower body of the trapped old man was plunged into the mud, rescuers pulled the trapped old man’s shoulders, and then rescuers and people on the road worked together to pull the safety rope upwards, slowly pulling the trapped old man out of the mud, and slowly Assisted him to climb up the river bank. In less than 10 minutes, the old man was successfully rescued.
Due to the long time trapped, the old man developed severe coughing, retching and other symptoms after landing. The rescuers transferred the old man to the medical staff and evacuated the scene.
It is understood that the old man was walking on the river bank and accidentally fell into the mud. Under the action of the soft silt, the old man struggled and sank deeper. Eventually, his entire lower body was plunged into the silt. Fortunately, passers-by found the trapped man and took the first place. The time to call the police for help did not cause serious consequences.
