Im Seul-ong, 33, a former 2AM actor, was dismissed as a weak prisoner three months after the accident that caused him to die by hitting a pedestrian crossing while driving on a rainy road.



On the 3rd, Seoul Western District Prosecutor's Office 2nd Division (Chief Prosecutor Kim Jong-ho) announced that it had filed a brief fine indictment against Im Seul-ong, who killed a pedestrian crossing while driving on rainy roads in August.

The specific amount of the fine was not disclosed.



It is said that the prosecution took into account the fact that Seul-ong Im agreed with his bereaved family.

The investigation revealed that Im Seul-ong did not drink alcohol at the time of the accident.



On August 1st, Seul-ong Im was driving an SUV on a road in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul at around 11:50 pm, and was hit by a man who was crossing at a pedestrian stop sign at a pedestrian crossing, and the victim died.

The police reported that Lim had some negligence, and sent the case to the prosecution for violating the Special Act on Traffic Accident Handling.
