Former Japan national handball player Daisuke Miyazaki was arrested on suspicion of assault at a hotel in Nagoya city on the early morning of the 2nd for pulling the hair of an acquaintance woman, and was sent to the public prosecutor's office on the 3rd.



Miyazaki has denied the charges against the police investigation.



Also, according to the lawyer in charge, Miyazaki had a quarrel at the hotel after having a drinkable meal at a restaurant in Nagoya city with four people including an acquaintance woman and his sister on the night of the day. "Miyazaki says he doesn't remember pulling his hair or using violence," he explained.



The Nagoya District Public Prosecutor's Office did not request detention, and according to the police, Miyazaki was released after 5 pm and was asked about the situation voluntarily in the police station.
