The Pudong Development Exhibition Hall used to be the Dongchang Workers Club and the Pudong Cultural Center. Until May 3, 1990, the Pudong Development Office of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government was established here, making it the starting point for the development and opening of Pudong.
The exhibition hall has many originals with a history of 30 years.
