The maximum wind force near the center is 9 levels (23 m/s), and the lowest pressure at the center is 990 HPa, the radius of the seventh wind circle is 180-280 kilometers.

  It is predicted that the "swan" will move northwestward at a speed of 15-20 kilometers per hour, and its intensity will continue to weaken, gradually approaching the coast of central Vietnam.

  Gale forecast: From 08:00 on the 2nd to 08:00 on the 3rd, there will be 6-7 strong winds in the Taiwan Strait, Bashi Strait, central and northern South China Sea, Huangyan Island, Zhongsha Islands and Xisha Islands, and the eastern coast of Hainan Island. There will be strong winds of magnitude 8-9 in the Zhongsha Islands and the eastern part of the Paracel Islands, with gusts up to magnitude 10.

  Precipitation forecast: From 08:00 on the 2nd to 08:00 on the 3rd, there will be heavy rain on Huangyan Island, Zhongsha Islands and Paracel Islands, and heavy rain (100-120 mm) locally.
