In the midst of the grinding crises that the world is going through, which leads every day to more depression and losses at the level of individuals, institutions and governments, voices began calling for the concepts of Spiritual Capital and Organizational Spirituality, which are among the topics that I teach to masters students, and which impressed me Finally often, and according to these concepts, businesses, individuals and governments must return to the soul, pause, and contemplate what we would gain if we achieved short-term financial gains, at the expense of losing ourselves, our faith, and ourselves.

Dumping in materialism and ephemeral gains has led to many disasters that have destroyed many people, whether the collapse of financial markets, the corruption of major companies, or the fueling of wars, and causing many environmental disasters.

Individual spiritual capital means having a clear personal value system, personal ethical vision, spirit and drive to reach ethical standards in doing business.

The issue of spiritual capital and institutional spirituality will receive more attention at the business level, followed by the enactment of policies, followed by legislation that requires institutions to formulate and adhere to ethical rules to be agreed upon.

I do not rule out the issuance of international specifications and standards to legalize and regulate this aspect, despite its difficulty, because in the end it touches the depth of the human psyche, and it is difficult to observe it, but if societies and civil institutions succeed in strengthening the spiritual side of human beings, much will change, and it is assumed that the sound and conscious practice of the teachings Religion is the guarantor of solving this issue, but unfortunately religion has become a tool or a ladder to reach personal and international goals and agendas. Indeed, trading in religion has become the prevailing custom at this time, to the extent that it has led many young people to atheism, or at least lose their faith in religions, or not Belief in the existence of the Creator Almighty only.

The role of religious institutions has retreated to a very large extent, so the trend towards the spiritual side appeared, and the emergence of terms that involve spirituality as an alternative to words with a religious character in order not to increase the gulf of disagreement. We have devised many non-religious expressions for that, such as "team spirit", "communal spirit." , "Good intentions".

Spiritual capital is a large part of daily life, and it brings vitality to institutions. It supports the spiritual and ethical orientation in the field of business "Bill Gates". There are also some major companies whose mission and vision explicitly involve a spiritual or religious aspect, such as Merck and Service. Master, as well as IBM and Alaska Airlines.

In conclusion, it is easy to adopt that concept in the Arab world, the land of religions.
