The number of infected people per day has fallen below 10 for the second consecutive day.
A total of 5231 people have been confirmed to be infected in Fukuoka Prefecture.
It was also confirmed that a man in his 50s who was infected with the new coronavirus and was being treated at a medical institution died on the 31st.
The number of infected people who died in Fukuoka Prefecture was 103.
