This year's No. 19 typhoon "Swan" has weakened to a tropical storm level on the morning of the 2nd, and its center is located on the middle of the South China Sea, about 100 kilometers east of Huangyan Island at 5 o'clock in the morning.

There were strong winds and cooling weather in Northeast China, Huanghuai and other places yesterday

  Yesterday, 2-6 mm of snow or sleet fell in parts of eastern Inner Mongolia and northwestern Heilongjiang.

Affected by cold air, gusts of magnitude 6 to 8 occurred in parts of central and eastern Inner Mongolia, northeast, western and northern parts of North China, and local gusts of magnitude 9 to 11 in southeastern Inner Mongolia and eastern Heilongjiang.

At 5 o'clock today, compared with 5 o'clock yesterday, the temperature in Northeast China, Shandong, Henan, northern Jiangsu, and northern Anhui dropped by 4 to 8°C.

Cold air continues to affect northern China

  It is expected that from 08:00 on November 2 to 08:00 on November 3, the average temperature in eastern North China, most of Northeast China, central and eastern Huanghuai, and most of Jianghuai will drop by 4 to 6°C under the influence of moderate cold air. Among them, Inner Mongolia In the northeast, northwest and southeast of Heilongjiang, eastern Jilin, and some parts of eastern Liaoning, the temperature can be above 8℃.

Some areas mentioned above are accompanied by winds of magnitude 4 to 6, and gusts of magnitude 7 to 9 (see Figure 1).

The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to release the forecast of strong wind cooling at 06:00 on November 2.

  In addition, on November 2nd, there will be moderate to heavy snow in parts of northern Heilongjiang; from the night of the 2nd to the 4th, there will be moderate to heavy snow in parts of southeastern Qinghai and northern Sichuan plateau.

Typhoon "Swan" enters the South China Sea

  This year's No. 19 typhoon "Swan" has weakened to tropical storm level today (2nd) morning. At 5 o'clock in the morning, its center is located in the middle of the South China Sea, about 100 kilometers east of Huangyan Island, at 14.3 degrees north latitude and 118.1 east longitude. The maximum wind force near the center is 9 degrees (23 m/s), the lowest air pressure in the center is 990 hPa, and the radius of the seventh wind circle is 180-280 kilometers.

  It is predicted that the "swan" will move northwestward at a speed of 15-20 kilometers per hour, and its intensity will continue to weaken, gradually approaching the coast of central Vietnam.

  Affected by this, from 08:00 on the 2nd to 08:00 on the 3rd, there will be 6-7 strong winds in the Taiwan Strait, Bashi Strait, the central and northern parts of the South China Sea, Huangyan Island, Zhongsha Islands and Paracel Islands, and the eastern coast of Hainan Island, among which Huangyan Island , Zhongsha Islands and the eastern part of the Paracel Islands will have 8-9 strong winds, with gusts up to 10.

Huangyan Island, Zhongsha Islands and Paracel Islands will have heavy rains, and local heavy rains (100-120 mm).

The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue blue typhoon warnings at 06:00 on November 2.

Specific forecast for the next three days

  From 08:00 on November 2 to 08:00 on the 3rd, there was light snow or sleet in some areas of northeastern Inner Mongolia, the north and east of Northeast China, the north and east of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and southern Gansu. Among them, there was moderate to sleet in the northwest of Heilongjiang Heavy snow (5-8mm).

There were light to moderate rains in parts of southeastern Tibet, southeastern northwestern regions, most of southwestern regions, northeastern Jiangnan, western Guangxi, and northern regions. Among them, there were heavy rains (25 to 45 mm) in southeastern Tibet and central and western Yunnan. ).

In parts of eastern Inner Mongolia, northern and western North China, western Northeast China, northern Tibet and other places, there are winds of 4 to 6 and local winds of 6 to 7 (see Figure 2).

Among them, northeastern Tibet , Southeastern Qinghai, southern Gansu, northern Sichuan plateau and other places have moderate to heavy snow (5-9 mm).

There were light to moderate rains in southeastern Tibet, southeastern northwestern regions, most of southwestern regions, and parts of Hainan Island. Among them, there were heavy rains (25-40 mm) in parts of southeastern Tibet and western Yunnan.

There are 4 to 6 winds in parts of central and eastern Inner Mongolia, southeastern Heilongjiang, western Jilin, Liaoning, Shandong Peninsula, and Zhejiang (see Figure 3).

There were light to moderate rains in southeastern Tibet, southeastern northwestern regions, most of southwestern regions, and parts of Hainan Island. Among them, there were local heavy rains or heavy rains (50-60 mm) in southeastern Tibet and eastern Hainan Island.

There are 4 to 5 winds in parts of central Inner Mongolia, central and western Jilin, Liaoning and Zhejiang (see Figure 4).
