Gifu Prefecture and Gifu City have announced that five new men and women have been confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus.
Newly confirmed infections were a man in his 40s in Gifu City, a woman in his 40s in Gero City, a teenage man in Kani City, a woman in his 30s in Seki City, and a girl attending a nursery school for her daughter. There are 5 people in total.
The total number of people confirmed to be infected in Gifu Prefecture is now 686.
