As of 18:00 on October 31, there are 51 confirmed cases (all asymptomatic infections were transferred to diagnosis) and 222 asymptomatic infections, all from Shufu County and Akto County.

On the evening of October 31, the Information Office of the Autonomous Region Government held the sixth press conference on the prevention and control of new crown pneumonia in Shufu County, Kashgar Prefecture.
At the press conference, Gu Yingsu, deputy director of the Health Commission of the Autonomous Region, notified: From 24:00 on October 30 to 18:00 on 31st, Xinjiang reported 61 new cases of asymptomatic infections, of which 46 were in Shufu County. Neighboring Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture, Akto County, Karekaiqike Township and Pilal Township 15 cases.
