Where to go .. Curry around the world at Punjab Grill, Abu Dhabi

Curry has evolved into a truly international food since its inception in India. The Punjab Grill Abu Dhabi serves curry around the world, an exciting culinary journey that reveals the world-famous curry dishes that have been influenced by the Indian subcontinent.

The menu specially prepared by the executive chef, Sandeep Ali, includes curry dishes from several countries. As we celebrate the National Curry Month, these exciting dishes will be available at the "Punjab Grill", until November 13th.

Dishes available on the menu include: Japanese katsu curry made with crumbled chicken slices with panko and Japanese golden curry, Malaysian ayam capitan, grilled chicken in tandoor with garlic, ginger and fresh red pepper, Sri Lankan shrimp curry, and shrimp curry and coconut with Sri Lankan spices.

Other specials include: Indonesian beef, stewed beef, coconut curry with galangal, lemon, anise and cinnamon, Maldivian tuna curry with mango, and sweet Maldivian grilled tuna curry with sour mango.

The menu also contains vegetarian varieties such as: Stuffed Japanese Peppers made of stuffed baggi pepper crumbled with Japanese golden curry, introduced by the British to Japan, Malaysian grilled cauliflower capitan, broccoli roasted tandoor with garlic, ginger and fresh red pepper, Sri Lankan vegetable curry, and coconut curry Blended with abundant Sri Lankan spices and vegetables.
