After investigation, the stimulant drug was a bottled gas named "laughing gas" provided by a man.
Upon learning of this situation, the Xingning Public Security Bureau immediately set up a task force to investigate the man.
After investigation, the task force gradually figured out the relevant transaction methods of the man's purchase and sale of "laughing gas".

[Explanation] On July 4, 2020, the Xingning Public Security Bureau and the police in Foshan, Guangdong and other places dispatched more than 100 police forces to implement simultaneous inter-provincial arrests, respectively in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, Xixiangtang District and Qingxiu District, Nanning City, Guangxi Province And Jiangnan District destroyed 4 criminal dens suspected of illegal production and sale of "laughing gas", and arrested 7 main suspects of illegal business gangs including Luo, Lei, and Tan.
[Explanation] After investigation, it was discovered that Luo Moumou, Lei Moumou, Tan Mou and others purchased large quantities of bottled "laughing gas" and "Shangtou Electronics" from Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, Wuhu City, Anhui Province, Foshan City, Guangdong Province and other places through the Internet. "Cigarette", and then sell it to guests and students in Guangxi entertainment venues at a higher price.
[Explanation] The scientific name of "laughing gas" is nitrogen monoxide, which is a colorless and sweet gas, usually used for anesthesia in medical rooms.
The reason why it is called "laughing gas" is because after inhaling nitrous oxide into the human body, people will involuntarily laugh and experience a brief sense of excitement.
According to the police handling the case, long-term and large amounts of "laughing gas" can cause irreparable damage to the body.
