The active job openings-to-applicants ratio has increased to 1.03 times since December 2013, 6 years and 9 months ago.



The ratio of job offers to applicants has fallen by 0.55 points in the year since September last year, and according to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, the rate of decline in the year is second only to 0.62 points in July 1975, which was affected by the oil crisis.



The number of "effective job offers" from companies in Hello Work nationwide was 2,090,091, a decrease of 686,214 from the same month last year, or 25.5%.



Of these, 758,091 new jobs were posted in September, a decrease of 159,083, or 17.3%, from the same month last year.

1.44 times in Fukui prefecture,

by 1.38 times in Okayama


prefecture and 1.30 times in Shimane prefecture.



On the other hand, the lowest was

▽ Kanagawa prefecture 0.74 times,

The active job openings-to-applicants ratio fell below 1 in 14 roads and prefectures.
