The important thing is not to be confused by this change of life.

Try to prepare your meals in advance, to know what you are going to eat during the week and to do your shopping based on that and not the other way around.

Keep regular meal times

Try to keep the same rhythms, ie breakfast, lunch, dinner at the same times, because the biological clock does not like to be shifted.

In the evening in particular, as we are bored, we will tend to eat a little later, which is not recommended, because sleep will be more difficult and falling asleep of poorer quality.

If you ever have cravings, such as a constant craving for sweet, you can do a little chrome cure that you buy at the drugstore.

If you are more of the evening, with a hunger around 7 pm, take an ampoule around 4 pm.

This will limit breakage.
