Recently, a fire broke out in a barbecue shop in Dali, Yunnan. When the firefighters arrived at the scene, they found that the employees in the shop were actually grilling in the kitchen and soliciting customers casually. I don't know at all.
After the firefighters tried their best to put out the fire, the fire in the barbecue shop was completely extinguished. Although the fire did not cause any casualties, the employees in the shop were weak in fire protection awareness, but it was far more terrifying than the fire itself!
On October 28, the Dali City Public Security Bureau imposed administrative detention on the barbecue shop owner for 5 days in accordance with the law.

Article 44 and Article 68 of the "Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" stipulate that if a fire occurs in a crowded place, the on-site staff of the place shall immediately organize and guide the evacuation of the people present, and fail to perform the obligation of organizing and guiding the evacuation of the people present If the circumstances are serious and do not constitute a crime, they shall be detained for not less than five days but not more than ten days.
Fire safety is no small matter. Regardless of the size of a fire, we must first organize evacuation and self-rescue. At the same time, we must call 119 to report to the police as soon as possible.
