42 new confirmed cases and 38 asymptomatic infections in 31 provinces

According to the website of the National Health Commission, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 42 new confirmed cases from 0-24 on October 27, including imported cases from abroad. 20 cases (7 in Shanghai, 6 in Shaanxi, 2 in Guangdong, 1 in Tianjin, 1 in Hebei, 1 in Inner Mongolia, 1 in Henan, 1 in Sichuan), 22 local cases (all in Xinjiang); no new deaths Cases; no new suspected cases.

　　Eight new cases were cured and discharged on the same day, and 500 close contacts were released from medical observation. The severe cases were the same as the previous day.

　　There are currently 267 confirmed cases imported from abroad (including 3 severe cases) and no existing suspected cases.

A total of 3284 confirmed cases, a total of 3017 cured and discharged cases, and no deaths.

　　As of 24:00 on October 27, according to reports from 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, there are 298 confirmed cases (including 4 severe cases), 80,936 cured and discharged cases, and 4,634 deaths. A total of 85,868 confirmed cases have been reported, and there are no existing suspected cases.

A total of 853,920 close contacts have been traced, and 9,907 close contacts are still under medical observation.

Among them, there are 5308 cases in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (5053 cases discharged from hospital, 105 deaths), 46 cases in Macau Special Administrative Region (46 discharged cases), and 550 cases in Taiwan (502 discharged cases and 7 deaths).
