“Establishment of a base where inspections can be consulted” Draft report on measures against corona in the entertainment district October 29, 6:06

Regarding measures to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection starting from the entertainment district where restaurants with entertainment gather, the national working group has been working on "normal times" when the infection has not spread and "when there are signs of the spread of the infection". We have put together a draft report that states that we will build a relationship of trust with the local community from normal times and establish a base for inspections and consultations.

The working group compiled a draft report on infection control measures in the entertainment district by inspecting the area and interviewing relevant parties.

According to this, there is a sense of distance between the restaurant and the government regarding the measures taken so far, and it is possible that accurate information has not arrived. It is said that there was no such thing.

For this reason, the working group will allow personnel such as health centers to visit the entertainment district to communicate with each other from "normal times" when the infection has not spread, build a relationship of trust with the parties concerned, and risk communication to the country. It is said that a team made up of experts should be set up to advise against discrimination and reputational damage.

In addition, we will set up a place in the area where people involved in the entertainment district can feel free to consult and inspect.

On top of that, when there are signs of expansion, it is effective to conduct intensive PCR tests at an early stage to improve the medical system and request shortening of business hours by limiting the region and industry.

The draft report will be submitted to a government subcommittee on the 29th for discussion.
