It's a message that has gone viral for a few hours, especially on WhatsApp.

Allegedly drawing its information from the office of the general direction of the national police, the message evokes the introduction of new measures to fight against the second wave of coronavirus.

This series of restrictions would be "applicable Friday 30 evening" in Ile-de-France, Lyon and Marseille.

On the program: "Curfew at 7 p.m. + generalized teleworking + certificate to take transport + confinement on weekends and closure of non-essential shops", lists the message, which was also reproduced on Facebook and Twitter.

While new measures are expected on Wednesday to deal with the outbreak, it has been greeted as an early announcement of upcoming restrictions.

This message has gone viral since Monday.

The national police deny being at the origin.

In a press release published on Tuesday evening, the general direction of the national police “formally denies” being at the origin of this “false information”.

According to information from

20 Minutes

, the person whose identity is mentioned in the message does not work in the direction of the national police.

If the trail of confinement from 7 p.m. on weekdays and during the weekend is indeed one of the avenues explored by the executive, the final decision will be announced tomorrow evening at 8 p.m. by Emmanuel Macron.

If several media evoke a preference of the executive for a generalized reconfinement, the confirmation will come from the Head of State himself during his speech.
